What this service does

AI Rap Lyrics generates English rap lyric text for people with paid generation credits. It does not create audio, music, images, or video. This policy describes the intended handling of data on this site; payment and AI providers have their own privacy terms.

Data used to run the service

• Account: Your name, email address, and sign-in credentials or authentication records are used to identify you and keep your generations private.
• Themes and lyrics: The English theme you submit, generated lyric text, generation state and dates, request identifiers, and usage information are stored with your account so you can view your private history, avoid duplicate charges, and resolve failures. Each new theme also gets a content-safety check record (its result and time); when a theme does not pass, the theme itself is kept in that record for review. Do not submit confidential or sensitive information as a theme.
• Credits and orders: We record credits, credit use and returns, order identifiers, purchase status, and refund or dispute adjustments. We do not collect a card number in the lyric form.
• Operation and support: Necessary session cookies, service logs, and any support tickets you send may be processed to keep the site running and respond to requests. Any optional analytics or other cookies are subject to the site's cookie choices where enabled.

Providers and access

Before generation, we send your submitted theme to Waffo (waffo.ai) for a content-safety check; Waffo states that this check does not keep the text after returning its result. We then send the theme with the fixed lyric-generation instructions to DeepSeek to generate lyric text. DeepSeek processes the request and its generated response under its own applicable terms. Waffo is also the merchant of record for purchases: it runs checkout, confirms payment, calculates tax, and processes refunds, and it receives the email address and billing details you enter at checkout. Card details are handled by Waffo, not by this site. Cloudflare hosts the site and its database. Sign-in and email-delivery providers you use, such as Google sign-in, process the data needed to authenticate you and send account emails. These providers process data only to deliver their part of the service.

Your lyric history is available only within your signed-in account; it is not a public page. Authorized service operators may need to access account, order, and support information for operations, fraud prevention, disputes, and legal obligations. We do not sell your themes or private lyric history. Security controls reduce risk, but no online system is risk-free.

Requests and contact

You can review your generated lyrics in private history, your credit activity, and your payments. You may ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your account data, or object to its processing. Signed-in users can open a support ticket; people without accounts can use the support email displayed below. We answer as required by applicable law. Order and payment records may be kept where tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute obligations require it.

We may revise this policy when the service or its providers change. The revision date appears above.
