Refund Policy

One-time packs

AI Rap Lyrics sells one-time, nonrenewing USD credit packs: Basic $2.99/15, Pro $4.99/30, Ultimate $9.99/80, and Creator $19.99/200. Credits for successful orders do not expire. One successful full lyric uses one credit; a failed generation that produces no valid lyric returns its reserved credit. There is no free generation and no subscription to cancel.

Requesting a refund

If there is an incorrect charge, duplicate payment, or problem with purchased credits, sign in and open a support ticket. Include the order reference from payment history and explain what happened. Do not send card details or passwords in the ticket. Refund requests are assessed under applicable consumer law, Waffo's terms as merchant of record, and the status of the order and its credits; this page does not promise a universal refund window, unconditional refund, or instant refund. We answer through the support ticket, and approved refunds are paid by Waffo to the original payment method.

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank: a chargeback cannot be resolved through support and freezes the order's credits.

Used credits

A refund, reversal, or chargeback makes the still-unused credits from the affected order unusable. Credits already spent on completed lyrics cannot be restored as unused capacity; a refund for a partly used pack is reconciled against that order only, never by granting or revoking unrelated credits. Cancelling checkout before payment does not award credits and is not a refund.
