Terms of Service

Service and accounts

AI Rap Lyrics generates English rap text with AI. It does not create songs, recordings, beats, images, or videos. The sample lyric on the home page is static and does not use a generation credit. Generation requires an account and a paid credit balance; signing up does not grant free generations. Keep your sign-in details secure.

AI model

Lyrics are generated by DeepSeek's deepseek-flash model through the DeepSeek API. Every lyric in your results and history is AI-generated and is labeled as such. AI Rap Lyrics is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by DeepSeek.

One-time lyric credits

Basic costs $2.99 USD for 15 complete lyrics, Pro $4.99 USD for 30, Ultimate $9.99 USD for 80, and Creator $19.99 USD for 200. These are one-time purchases, not subscriptions: there is no automatic renewal. Purchased credits can be added to the same account and do not expire. They are not transferable to another account and cannot be redeemed for cash. One successful full generation uses one credit; a generation that fails without a valid lyric returns its reserved credit.

Payment

Payments are processed by Waffo (waffo.ai), which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase and handles applicable sales tax. Any tax is shown in Waffo's checkout before you pay. An order is credited only after Waffo confirms the payment, not merely because checkout was opened or a redirect was visited. Your account displays its balance, payment records, and private lyric history.

Cancellation and refunds

There is no subscription to cancel. Closing checkout before paying cancels the order without a charge. See the Refund Policy before purchasing. If a payment is refunded, reversed, or charged back, unused credits from that order can no longer be used; lyrics already generated cannot be unwritten or counted as unused credits.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to request or produce:

• sexual content involving minors;
• hate speech, slurs, or content attacking people for protected characteristics;
• threats, incitement of violence, or glorification of real violent acts;
• harassment, defamation, or impersonation of real people;
• copies of existing song lyrics or other material that infringes copyright or trademarks;
• content that facilitates illegal activity.

Moderation. Before a theme reaches the model, it is screened by the content-safety check of our payment provider, Waffo (Prompt Sift). A theme that does not pass is not generated and uses no credit; if the check cannot run, nothing is generated until it can. Every request also carries fixed instructions telling the model to write original lyrics and to avoid the categories above, and DeepSeek applies its own safety controls. We keep a record of each check and review reported lyrics and the related requests.

Reporting. Signed-in users can report a lyric through support tickets; anyone can use the merchant contact shown below.

Enforcement. We may refuse generation, remove lyrics, and suspend or close accounts that break these rules or abuse payments, subject to applicable law.

Your responsibility and disclaimers

AI output can be inaccurate, offensive, or similar to other output. Review lyrics before using or publishing them. No exclusive copyright, originality guarantee, or commercial clearance is promised. The service is provided "as is" and "as available"; to the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected pack. Your theme and resulting lyric text are processed as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Questions and changes

Signed-in users can contact us through support tickets. People without accounts can use the support email displayed below. We may update these terms; the date above identifies this version. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
